The Nigerian Local Content Act
It is the policy of Powertech Construction to conduct its operations in a professional manner recognizing the needs and aspirations of upholding the Nigerian content policy of the Federal Government of Nigeria, thus the company shall enhance Nigerian local content policy via the following specific project local content plan mechanism;
- Employing competent and qualified local employees and contractors to provide technical and non-technical services and support.
- Investing in the development training of Nigerians to enable them participate in higher level activities and in their subsequent engagements.
- Maximizing the employment of unskilled labor work force from the host communities.

Health, Safety, Environment & Security
It is the HSES of Powertech Construction to plan and execute its activities at all times in such a way as to:
- Ensure that heath, safety and security of Power-Tech Construction employees, the sub-contractor employees and the general public that may be effected by the operations are safeguarded.
- Minimize the impact on the environment
Powertech Construction Management takes the safety and health policy as their participative responsibility and continued education and awareness is maintained. All personnel are issued with safety equipment. The working conditions are fair and the health of the work force is always considered in planning and execution of work plans
Work With Us
Powertech Construction takes on the role of the main contractor for small to medium size projects and performs project management services to co-ordinate specialist trades.
We also undertake sub-contract works provided the contractor satisfies our quality and equity benchmarks.
